Major Release – 5.0
Version 5.0 of Meeting Guide was released on October 10, 2025. This release includes the following significant updates:
Dedicated Online Meeting Finder Tab
With Version 5.0, members now have the ability to search specifically for online meetings without being limited by their current geographic location.
For those who want to attend online A.A. meetings, the new Online tab makes it easier to:
Discover a wider variety of meetings across time zones and regions
Find meetings that best fit their preferences
Access online options beyond their immediate local area
The Online tab includes:
Worldwide Listings: A global list of upcoming online meetings
Expanded Filter Options: A wider set of meeting filters is available, including new options relevant to online meetings.
Device Timezone Support: Meetings in this tab are displayed in the member’s device timezone
Meeting Guide continues to provide a combined listing of local in-person and online meetings. Because they can be attended both online and in person, hybrid meetings appear in both the geographic listing and the Online tab.
Favorites Relocation
The Favorites feature continues to let members save meetings from the meeting detail page. In Version 5.0, access to Favorites has moved:
Previous location: bottom navigation bar
New location: top left corner of both the Meeting and Online views
Favorites saved in either view will appear in that view’s list.
What’s Next
The dedicated Online Meeting Finder tab is a new feature, and we will continue to monitor feedback and make adjustments to better support members who want to attend online A.A. meetings.
With so many online meetings now easily viewable, ensuring that accurate information is provided in listings is especially important.
