2023 Lake Wingra OPEN AA Meeting

Tuesdays starting May 30, 2023

This is the 18th season for open AA meetings on beautiful Lake Wingra. If you’re new to kayaking or canoeing, this is the perfect venue for getting acquainted with the sport of paddling. Boat traffic is low and there are always experienced paddlers there to help if needed.

6:00- 6:15 p.m. Arrival – rent/launch boats at the Wingra Canoe & Sailing Center,

826 Knickerbocker (off Monroe Street) identify as a “friendsofbillw” for discounted rentals.

6:30 p.m. Meeting begins across the lake from the boat rental building.
